Customer center in a new coat
This time we have updated our Customer Center , where you manage all your domains and hosting packages. Now you can make all changes from your mobile phone .
We’ve revamped the entire domain management section for the better
In the Info section you will find all the necessary specific database by industry information you need to know about your domain. There you will also find the output from the NIC.cz central registry as well as the IP address and type of your hosting.

Try our server and domain management application for free. You will feel like an experienced administrator.
Domain redirection has never been easier. Just click on the ” Redirect domain ” box and write the domain name where you want the domain to be redirected.
In the ” Change of owner ” section, you change the owner of the domain at the central registry.

Or in the case of a .CZ domain, just enter the name of the already created identifier on the NIC.cz central registry .
You can easily change
DNS records or DNS servers in the ” Change DNS ” section. If you change DNS servers, you always need to confirm the change on the domain owner’s contact e-mail, and the change will take effect within a few hours.

Every hosting with us has a free Let’s Encrypt certificate, with which you can secure your site with the HTTPS protocol. After clicking on ” HTTPS Let’s Encrypt “, you will see if the certificate is active and when the next automatic check will be. You can also disable it here or test new subdomains.
Are you missing an analytical tool for traffic measurement?
We have implemented AwStats , which simply takes care of traffic measurement on your page. In the menu, you can turn off the generation of statistics, set whether the statistics will be freely accessible and, of course, a link to individual statistics.
In one click, we send the authorization code for domain transfer to the domain owner’s contact email.
With one click, we will also create a complete FTP and DB backup . The backup will be created on the FTP root of the domain as a single ZIP file .
If you need to change the PHP version for your hosting, you can currently choose between versions 5.6 , 7.0 or 7.1 . Just click on the ” Change PHP ” box and choose which version you want to use. The change will be made within 5 minutes.
If you are no longer interested in your domain or hosting, simply terminate the service at the bottom of the ” Domain Management ” section.

Domain transfer section
For domains, the “Domain Transfers” section has been added, where you can simply transfer your domain to us . Just enter the domain name and authorization password for the transfer, which will be sent to you at the current domain registrar.
The request is then created in the Transfer Queue, where you can see the progress of individual transfers.
