Users who, despite being on the Robinson List, continue to receive unwanted calls can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Spam calls are annoying. They usually come from companies with commercial purposes . However, it is spam phone number becoming more common for cybercriminals to hide behind spam numbers trying to scam us.
The Robison List is an opt-out service that users can sign up for to avoid receiving these types of calls. It is managed by the Spanish Association of Digital Economy (Adigital) and allows consumers to avoid receiving unwanted advertising through different channels, such as email, phone calls or SMS.
Reporting a phone: step by step
Many Internet users continue to receive spam calls despite being on the Robinson List . In these cases, users can report the phone number that makes these unwanted calls.

This complaint must be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Aepd) and can be done electronically. The steps to follow are:
Go to the website and click on the ‘I am a citizen’ category.
Go to ‘Ordinary claims’ and ‘Advertising and commercial communication’ .

Fill out a form
Once the previous steps have been completed, the Aepd will request that a form be filled out with personal data . The complainant must describe what happened and provide all the details.

That is, files that prove ownership of the telephone line where the call came in and those that show that the entity making the calls was asked to stop bw lists making them.
