The first thing you should do with products and services is add value. Making money is good, but if there’s nothing behind it, it doesn’t last. It doesn’t give you a positive feeling either. You’re not useful. I’ve had that feeling in client projects where, despite receiving positive feedback, I perceived that my value was not up to what I was charging.
