The return of team building By Charlotte
No comments Between lockdowns, partial unemployment and the rise of teleworking, the health crisis has had an impact, whether positive or negative, on life in the company. A significant impact is that of social relations between employees of the company. Seeing each other less often or only by video, learning to communicate differently or even welcoming new colleagues to telework… this inevitably has an impact on work. Team building is back in the spotlight!! What is team building? Team building is a method aimed at strengthening cohesion within a team. It helps to create a favorable social climate, by helping employees to talk to each other, meet and discover each other outside the office context. Bonds are created which improves working conditions. During a team building, you have to listen to your colleagues and not impose a solution. Allow them to highlight their skills and soft skills.
